Bob LaFramboise was a Flight Engineer (FE) with the Air Force’s vaunted 37th Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service (ARRS) 1969-1970, during the Vietnam War. He served with distinction, rescuing more than a hundred men, preventing their capture, or a fate much worse. Bob is an American hero who truly exemplifies the motto of the ARRS—That Others May Live.
